The criminal complaint has been issued to the two men that were arrested and finger printed for the Misdemeanor theft and Party to a Crime of Balloon magic's robot gorilla.
The arraignment /initial appearance At Outagamine county district court
branch CC- March 10, 2009 at 1pm
At this initial appearance the judge will take the defendants plea of guilty or not guilty.
If the plea is guilty, the defendant may be sentenced immediately or at a future date.

Neither showed up at the arraignment. They sent a note via a lawyer.
DA will suggest they pay restitution before trial date or face being convicted of theft and the penalties & jail time that go with that charge vs. just an ordinance fine.
The Press that was there would surly like to get pictures of them in court trying to explain how the head got on the kitchen table.
They paid restitution and all the court costs before trial date avoid jail time!
